Our European Salon and Spa gets its name from Anna Pavlova (1882-1931), a famous Russian ballerina. For many, her name is synonymous with grace, elegance, and beauty. At Pavlova we strive to live up to her legacy every day. As our guests, we hope the Pavlova name will have the same meaning for you…grace, elegance, and beauty.

We adhere to these policies to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a comfortable experience.

CHECK-IN

Please arrive on time. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for all spa services so that you have time to change and relax. Please understand that your service will end on time, so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

CANCELLATIONS

We hope you will be able to join us, but to avoid a 100% cancellation charge, please honor our 24-hour cancellation policy (72 hours for spa packages and two weeks for bridal packages and group events).

RESERVATIONS

We will hold reservations for bridal services, group events, spa packages, multiple services, and out-of-town guests with a major credit card.

CHILDREN

For their safety and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests, no children are allowed unattended at any time.

MOBILE DEVICES

To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests, we ask that you refrain from using cellular phones during services. Cellular phones are not permitted in the spa and nail area. Thank you for your cooperation.
